Mulligatawny Soup Hack


  • Serves 1

    3 scoops Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel
  • 250ml boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp madras curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 low salt veggie stock cube
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney


  • Carefully add 250ml of boiling water to your shaker first and dissolve 1/2 low salt vegetable stock cube.
  • Then add 150ml vegan milk of choice (we used coconut milk), then 3 scoops of Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel, spices and mango chutney.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and top up with some more cold water if desired.
  • Enjoy!
