Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked pumpkin
  • 2 scoops Huel
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 400ml oat milk

Instructions

  • Blend everything together.
  • You will get the best flavour from roast pumpkin - simply cut into wedges and bake at 180C for 20-30 mins until tender. When cool scoop it off the skin with a spoon. Alternatively you can steam or boil your pumpkin.
