How to Make Huel Hot & Savoury

Huel Hot & Savoury is the latest addition to the Huel family – a delicious nutritionally complete vegan meal, packed with rice, quinoa, vegetables and bursting with herbs and spices.

Ready in under five minutes, Hot & Savoury and contains filling carbs, 24g of plant-based protein, healthy fats, loads of fibre and every vitamin and mineral you need.

How to prepare

With boiling water:

+ Add two level scoops of Huel Hot & Savoury to a bowl or pot for a 400kcal meal then:
+ Add 210ml of boiling water and stir thoroughly
+ Cover and leave for five minutes

In the microwave:

+ Add two level scoops of Huel Hot & Savoury to a microwavable bowl or pot for a 400kcal meal then:
+ Add 250ml of water and stir thoroughly
+ Cover and microwave on full power for one minute 30 seconds, stir, re-cover and microwave for one minute

Our top tips

  • First things first, give the pouch a good shake and mix up all the ingredients to make sure you’re getting a bit of everything
  • Put Hot & Savoury in the pot first, you can then take it with you to add in the water when you’re ready (don’t add the boiling water and then save it for a later time)
  • Add in more water for a thinner, soupy texture, or less water for a thicker, risotto-like texture
  • If you want to spice up your Hot & Savoury, try adding hot sauce for an extra kick

How to measure

Huel Hot & Savoury is completely flexible. You can make a serving as big or small as you like. A pot and scoop are provided in the box with your first order, instead of inside every pouch, to cut down on waste.

One level scoop of Huel Hot & Savoury holds roughly 50g which is about 200kcal.
